02. Project Management Services (PSM)
The key role of Project Service Management is to function independently as the Client's Representative, managing project team inputs related to Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for successful completion of the project.
A. Design Development & Management
- Assist coordination between Architectural, Structural, Engineering, MEP, Cost/QS Consultants and other disciplines during pre-contract and post-contract periods
- Manage and assist consultants during preparation of the Letter of Acceptance and Contract Documents
- Manage and assist in obtaining information necessary to formulate and complete contract signing
B. Cost Management
- Obtain cost and cash flow estimates from Cost Consultants in line with the construction programme and review the information
- Review and advise on procurement strategies for the project
- Review periodic payment certificates issued by the Engineer
- Obtain, review and report on monthly financial reports from the Cost Consultant
